After out disappointing experience with another realtor last summer, we were fortunate to be referred to the Wicklund Family Group.  They came highly recommended and lived up to every good accolade we had heard.

 

They communicated with us consistently, something that had been missing in our first experience.  They skillfully guided us from the initial listing to closing, making the whole selling process effortless for us.  This was important to us since we were in a complex and stressful period of preparing for a move to retire in a European county.

 

Jerry Wicklunds experience and strategic insight in positioning our house provided maximum exposure to potential buyers and resulted in obtaining a very a very favorable selling price in a tough real estate market.  He developed excellent sales materials that highlighted the strength of our property inside and out.  We didnt get to use the wonderful brochures since he sold out home in ten days, but we have a number of them for beautiful keepsakes.

 

Jerry is certainly one of the most personable and friendly professionals we have ever had the opportunity to work with.  We will be recommending the Wicklund Family Group to all our family and friends.

  We had our house listed "for sale by owner" for 11 months with poor response.  We took the house off the market and selected the Wicklund team after interviewing otherws.  Name recognition at both the company level (Edina) and the team level ( Wicklund) were strong reasons for our choice, in addition to Jerry's excellent wesite work in the country homes marketplace.  Within one week ( in a very down market) the house sold to pre-qualified buyer at a very fair price.  Herry provided practicalo advice up front about how to price the home and had excellent contacts for some fix-ups we needed to get done.  The team took outstanding photos of our home that went into a very professional and attractive booklet.  The team also did a great hob of shephearding the process up to and icluding the closing.  Thanks again, Wicklund people!!
